Get ready for a weekend like no other at The Warburton Celebrity Golf Tournament, benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. This high-energy celebration blends music, star power, and premier golf—all for the livesaving mission of St. Jude.
The festivities kick off Thursday at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort with Songwriters Night, followed by Friday’s Pairings Party and the legendary Rheneypalooza Jam. Saturday evening brings the glitz of the Soirée, also hosted at the JW Marriott, featuring a red carpet, exclusive auctions, and live entertainment.
Tournament play unfolds Saturday and Sunday at The Classic Club and Desert Willow Golf Resort, with each foursome joined by a celebrity guest. The weekend wraps with an Awards Luncheon and check presentation.

A grant from your Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) can help today's patients become tomorrow's survivors. Every St. Jude patient deserves a chance to live their best life and celebrate every moment. When you support St. Jude through your DAF, you can help make cures possible for kids with cancer. Together, we can save more lives.

Give through your DAF to support The Warburton
During the program, you will have the opportunity to make a direct donation to support the children of St. Jude by raising your paddle through Give to Live. To inspire generosity, you can also make a pre-committed gift prior to the event. All contributions made during this segment of the evening will directly fund the life-saving research at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
GIVING TO ST. JUDE FROM YOUR DONOR ADVISED FUND IS SIMPLE:
- Call your fund manager and recommend a grant to St. Jude.
- They will send a check directly to St. Jude from your fund.
- You can also recommend a gift to St. Jude using our online DAF tool at stjude.org/DAF. The grant will arrive at St. Jude with the fund’s name and address on it unless you request otherwise. Please request for your name and address to be included. You may also want to call St. Jude and inform them of your gift, so you can be recognized for your generosity.
THINGS TO REMEMBER
- A grant from a DAF is not permitted to confer benefits for items such as raffle tickets, entry fees, tickets to galas and other special events, and auction items.
- Per IRS standards, we are unable to bifurcate or split payments to allow for the DAF donation to cover only the charitable portion of a benefit item.
- If you have a donor advised fund, you received an immediate tax deduction when you contributed to the fund. Often, well-intentioned people with donor advised funds allow their fund to grow without disbursing grants to charities. This means that for tax purposes, you have given to charity, but no one has benefited from your donation.
